These conditions apply to online orders placed and delivered within countries outside the EU.

• The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

• Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

• Only items that are intact, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with their original tags attached may be returned.

• Products may only be tried on to assess their characteristics, quality, and fit, as they would be in a physical retail store, provided that they do not show any signs of use beyond what is necessary for such assessment.

• If a return results in the customer losing eligibility for any promotional gifts received with the order, such gifts must also be returned together with the relevant items.

• ONECASHMERE reserves the right to refuse returns of items that do not comply with this policy, including but not limited to items that have been washed, damaged, altered, or used beyond what is necessary to assess their characteristics and fit.

• If the customer requests the return of non-compliant items, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

• Once the returned items have been received and verified as compliant with this policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within the time limits provided by applicable law.

• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged (for example, garments with custom embroidery).

• Products sold as indivisible sets must be returned in their entirety. Individual components of a set cannot be returned, including products belonging to the Skin collection or any other collection marketed as an indivisible set.
