Withdrawal and Exchange

On this page, you will find information about returns and exchanges applicable to online orders delivered to countries within the European Union, excluding Italy.

These return and exchange conditions apply exclusively to orders delivered within the European Union (excluding Italy).

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, different procedures, conditions, and costs may apply. Please refer to the relevant section or to the checkout page at the time of purchase for the applicable details.

Withdrawal
and Exchange Policy

These conditions apply to online orders placed and delivered within the European Union, excluding Italy.

  • The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order through the ONECASHMERE Returns Portal.

  • For orders shipped within the European Union, a fixed return shipping fee of €15 will be deducted from the refund. Return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Only items that are intact, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with their original tags attached may be returned or exchanged. Products may be tried on solely to assess their characteristics, quality, and fit, as would be permitted in a physical retail store, provided they do not show any signs of use beyond what is necessary for such assessment.

  • If a return or exchange results in the loss of eligibility for any promotional gifts received with the order, such gifts must also be returned together with the relevant items.

  • ONECASHMERE reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not comply with this policy, including, but not limited to, items that have been washed, damaged, altered, or used beyond what is necessary to assess their characteristics and fit. If the customer requests the return of non-compliant items, a shipping fee starting from €15 will be charged, depending on the size and weight of the package, to cover the costs of returning the item(s) to the custome
  • Once the returned items have been received and verified as compliant with this policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within the time limits provided by applicable law. In the case of an exchange request, a voucher equal to the value of the returned items will be issued and may be used to place a new order. The voucher will be sent to the email address provided when the original order was placed.

  • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged (for example, garments with custom embroidery).

  • Products sold as indivisible sets must be returned or exchanged in their entirety. It is not possible to return or exchange individual components of a set, including products belonging to the Skin collection or any other collection marketed as an indivisible set.
