The delivery time depends on the country of destination chosen. Normally for destinations in Europe it takes 2-4 days.

- Shipping are Free in Eu Countries;
- For Extra-Cee Countries is calculated on check-out (duties and taxes isn't calculated)
- For UK Clients is the minimum amount to spend € 175 (excluded shipping costs) for custom regulations.

Once the package containing your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the link to track your shipment step by step to your home!

The shipment is made by courier DHL, in case FedEx or DPD..

It is not possible to ship your order to lockers, storage- or pick-up-points.

It is not possible to change the shipping address once the package has been sent. Therefore, we ask you to ensure that you provide the correct shipping address and all the information necessary for the courier.
If the payment of your order has been successful, you will receive shortly a confermation email on the email you entered before paying, with order number. If you have not received any confirmation email it means that: - check that the email did not go into SPAM; - the payment was not successful; - you have entered the wrong email; In any case, if you have any doubts contact us using the form at the bottom of the page, we will be happy to help you.

Invoices are already made for extra EEC orders, if you are part of European countries and still want the invoice, ask for it by filling in the field in the cart before sending the order., inserting:
- Order number;
- VAT number;
- PEC;

If you receive a notification that the payment has been refused, check:

• If your card details and / or payment information have been entered correctly
• If the securitycode (CVV) has been entered correctly
• If your credit card is not expired or if you've hit the card's credit limit
