Right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 "Consumer Code")

CASHMERE STORE S.a.s. guarantees that the products delivered will be equal to those shown and described on the site and in compliance with all regulations regarding the storage of products until the time of delivery to the place specified in the order. The images on this site are provided to facilitate the Customer's recognition of the products; due to changes in the packaging, the photos may not accurately reflect the appearance of the product delivered.

As expected by the Consumer Code D.LGS 206/2005 (former right of withdrawal) and DL 21/2014 Customers of CASHMERE STORE S.a.s. benefit from a money-back guarantee with the ability to return products within 30 working days of receipt, except in the event that they are products which, by their nature, can not be returned such as perishable food items or personalized items. The right of withdrawal is the faculty of natural persons acting for purposes not directly related to their professional activity. Therefore, retailers and companies are excluded from this right.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

You must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address below or e-mail info@onecashmere.com within 30 working days from receipt of goods.

In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or products for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal they must return the products purchased, in good condition and with original labels.
- The packaging of the products must be appropriate in order to protect the original covers from any damage, writing or labelling.
- Products must be returned by courier at their own expense.
- We recommend you use a traceable and insured method of shipping because CASHMERE STORE S.a.s. will not be responsible for loss, non-receipt of or damage to material submitted.
- The goods will be refunded by CASHMERE STORE S.a.s. after checking the contents and status of products, within 14 days of receiving notice from the customer.
CASHMERE STORE S.a.s. will provide a full refund of the costs incurred by the customer due to the purchase. For any communication relating to complaints the customer can use the e-mail address: info@onecashmere.com.
